Quick Tips for Choosing an Oahu Wedding Caterer

1. Get references! Do you have any friends or family that were married in Oahu or attended a wedding     in Oahu? If you don't know anyone who can provide a reference, ask your Oahu wedding planner,     other Hawaii wedding vendors you are working with, or if possible ask some Oahu locals.
2. Call, email, and/or visit the caterer's website. Try to get a feel for the company: their history, their     attitude, specialties, availability, pricing, and particularly wedding catering experience.
3. Now that you've got a good feeling, hopefully for a few, interview them. How do they respond to     your ideas and wishes?
4. If possible, do a taste test for your final elimination round.
5. Don't settle. Choose a caterer that you feel comfortable with. Go with your instincts.
6. Always get everything in writing!
